Meet Mark

Hey, and thanks for taking a moment to read my bio.  Let me give you a little sense of who I am.

Unlike almost every other Realtor, I have not had a long and storied career in some other industry. I graduated from North Carolina State University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. I had a brief career pursuing becoming a lawyer…brief, because it did not take long to realize I do not fit into your average corporate environment. I run with scissors and I don’t always share sandbox toys. Oh, and if you are dumb I might say so. To your face. But I’ll also tell you if you’re brilliant, so, in my mind, it evens out.

In April of 2003 I plunged happily into residential real estate sales at the ripe old age of 24. I joined Coldwell Banker, in part because that is where I took my real estate education foundations course. I am grateful to them for the excellent foundation they provided me. Today work with all kinds of people from business owners to youth pastors to technology geeks. I attract clients who demand excellence – in marketing, negotiations, integrity and sheer business know how. I push the boundaries of technology to make the real estate experience better – better marketing, deeper research, better experience. My goal is to make you feel like you have an advocate at your side, every step of the way.

In 2006 I launched  my own brand, Premiere Triangle Homes Realty, to offer more specialized services to both buyers and sellers alike.  At PTH, we have a deep respect and empathy for our clients.  We’ve spent spent years breaking down every detail of the real estate experience and rebuilt everything from the customer’s point of view.

As a result, the Premiere Triangle Home client is more educated, better prepared, less stressed and more in control of the process.  They also have more fun!

Real Estate is a huge part of my life, but there are many other parts! I am the proud father of four exuberant kids and the privileged husband of an awesome wife and moral support partner in my real estate business. I hail from Africa originally but came to the United States before the age of 2. I have been in North Carolina since 1989 and before the Stillwater, Oklahoma. I have a plethora of friends in the local area; whom I like to refer to as my family, and I’d rather spend what little free time I have hanging out with “my family” than doing anything else.
